The Board of Directors of Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has announced that the Company has received a Mandatory Cash Offer from Three Bears Limited to acquire the remaining 39.77% of the ordinary stock units in Salada not already owned or controlled by Three Bears Limited or persons directly affiliated with Three Bears. The Offer is at a price of J$25.82 per stock unit and will open for Acceptance on August 30, 2007 and close on September 28, 2007.
