JMMB Group Limited (JMMBGL) has advised of the passing of Mr. Rodger Braham, a director on the board of JMMBGL. Mr. Braham died after a brief illness on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
Mr. Braham was appointed to the JMMBGL Board in 2008 and sat on the following committees:

Group Risk, Nomination and Corporate Governance Board Committees;

JMMB Merchant Bank Board Credit Committee;

JMMB Merchant Bank Limited and;

Intercommercial Bank Limited (now JMMB Bank (T & T) Limited.
Mr. Braham also served as a director on the Joan Duncan Foundation.
