At a special meeting of the Board of Directors on May 14, 2001 it was resolved to recommend to the annual general meeting to increase the company’s share capital from J$13,100,000,000 to J$13,200,000,000 by the creation of 100 million ordinary shares of J$1.00 each and a one for thirty-one bonus issue.
