The fourth annual general meeting of the company will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 211a Constant Spring Road, Kingston 8, on December 17, 1998 at 3 p.m.
The AGM will receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditors’ reports and financial statements for the years ended May 31, 1996 and May 31, 1997.
