The Board of Directors of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited has declared quarterly preference share dividends payable July 1, 2014 to shareholders on record as atJune 13, 2014 and X-date June 11, 2014 as follows:
1.3/4% on the 7% Cumulative Preference Shares B – $0.035
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares C – $0.025
1.1/4% on the 5% Cumulative Preference Shares D – $0.025
1.1/2% on the 6% Cumulative Preference Shares E – $0.030
