Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited has advised that at the Board of Directors Meeting held on May 8, 2012, the Directors declared an interim dividend of five cents per share payable on June 20, 2012 to shareholders on record as at May 24, 2012. The ex-dividend date is May 21, 2012.
