Carreras Limited has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 19, 2011 Mrs. Patrice Gray was appointed as a Director and as Company Secretary effective August 1, 2011. Mrs. Gray replaces Mr. Marcus Steele who will be seconded to another company within British American Tobacco effective August 1, 2011.
