Director’s Resignation – Donovan Lewis

Further to letter dated December 28, 2010, National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has advised that Mr. Donovan Lewis was a member of the Audit Committee. His resignation was not due to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee, or his ability to properly carry out the functions, delegated by the Board.
