AMG Packaging & Paper Company Limited (AMG) has advised that AMG’s directors have selected (by unanimous Resolution of The Board) to change the dates for submitting the Company’s financial statements for the fourth quarter of the financial year (June 1 to August 31) to the Jamaica Stock Exchange as follows:
(a) The Unaudited Financial Statements for the fourth quarter of the financial year will be submitted within 45 days of the end of the fourth quarter; and
(b) The Annual Audited Financail Statements for the full financial year will be submitted within 90 days of the end of the fourth quarter
