1834 Investments Limited (1834) has advised that its unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending December 31, 2018, which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by February 14, 2019, are delayed.
1834 further advised that its making every effort to have their third quarter financial statements submitted by March 1, 2019 and will be advising its shareholders by way of a statement in the print media.
