GraceKennedy Limited (GK) – Shares as part of Compensation for 2018

GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that as part of their compensation for the year 2018, non-executive directors received payment for the purchase of shares in the Company.  GK further advised that two directors acquired a total of 10,300 GK shares under this arrangement.
