138 Student Living Limited (138SL) has advised that at a Board Meeting of held on May 4, 2021, the Board unanimously approved the change of the scope and name of the Compensation Committee.
138 SL further stated that the Committee will now be named “Human Resource & Compensation Committee”.
The Committee members remain the same: Chairman Ivan Carter and Directors Brenda-Lee Martin and Sharon Donaldson.
