Jamaica Money Market Brokers Ltd. (JMMB)- Change of Financial Year End

The Board of Directors of JMMB passed a resolution on July 15, 2003 changing the accounting financial year end date from February 28 to March 31. The reason for the change is to facilitate the timely completion of the audits of all the companies within the group.
