GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that, Mr. Gordon Sharp, a member of the Board of GK and Chairman of the Audit Committee will retire from the board on July 23, 2013, in keeping with Article 101 of the Company`s Articles which provides for the retirement of board members on attainment of the age of 72 years. Mr. Everton McDonald, member of the board since May 26, 2011 and retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2009, has been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee of GK with effect from July 24, 2013.
