Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) – Notice of Annual General Meeting
Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that the venue of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, has been changed to Dolphin Cove, Ocho Rios, St Ann. This was done in an effort to allow for better physical distancing of our shareholders during the Covid-19 pandemic.
DCOVE further advised that the shareholders have already received notice of the change with their copies of the 2019 Annual Report and that a notice will also appear in the newspaper.
