The occasion was the U.S. SEC’s 20th Annual International Institute for Securities Market Development training held from April 19-29, 2010.
The programme focused on the development and oversight of securities market through the sharing of knowledge on issues such as market manipulation, inspection of broker dealers, oversight of exchanges and investigatory techniques.
