The Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited has released its Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023 which has been approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and signed by two (2) directors. The shareholdings of directors, senior management, connected persons and persons holding the ten (10) largest blocks of shares have been included in the financial statement report.
