This year’s Guest Speaker is one of the first recipients of the Rising Stars of Corporate Governance Award from the Yale School of Management’s Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance (2008), Miss Tracey Rembert.
Ms. Rembert is currently the Director of Ceres’ Investor Initiative for Sustainable Exchanges, where she leads a coalition of investors focused on engagement with stock exchanges to improve Environmental, Social and Governance reporting across markets.
