Wisynco Group Limited (Wisynco) has advised that the Company has received the Court’s permission to hold an electronic Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be proceeding accordingly.
The date of the AGM remains unchanged and is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
