Wisynco Group Limited (WISYNCO) advises that following a meeting of their Board of Directors on January 29, 2019, WISYNCO has made the following announcements:
A) Appointments to the Board of Directors (“the Board”) effective January 29, 2019:
1) The appointment of Mrs. Odetta Rockhead-Kerr to the Board as an Independent Director; and
2) The appointment of Mr. Joseph Mahfood to the Board as a Director Emeritus.
B) Changes to the Board’s Sub-Committees effective January 29, 2019:
1) Mrs. Odetta Rockhead-Kerr was appointed to the Board’s two Sub-Committees, the:
a. Audit and Risk Committee; and
b. Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee.
2) Mr. Adam Stewart resigned from the Board’s Audit and Risk Committee due to professional responsibilities, which require his increased attention and that his decision is not as a result of any disagreement with accounting principles or practices.
