NCB Capital Markets Limited has advised that the Invitation made by Wisynco Group Limited subject to a prospectus dated November 28, 2017 in respect of ordinary shares at the price of $7.87 per ordinary share closed at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017. The basis of allocation will be communicated to the Jamaica Stock Exchange in a subsequent advisory.
