Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIGTON) has advised that on March 18, 2020, WIGTON’s Board of Directors approved the following changes and appointments:
“Mr. Gregory Shirley resigned his role as Chairman of the Audit and Finance Committee and was appointed Chairman of the newly established Nominations and Compensation Committee. Please note that Mr. Shirley’s reassignment is not as a result of any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any material issue impacting on the member’s ability to carry out the functions delegated by the Board.”
WIGTON further advised of the appointment of the following Directors as Chairpersons of the stated subcommittees as approved by their Board, effective March 18, 2020:
