Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that in accordance with WIG’s Articles of Incorporation, Mr. Gregory Shirley retired from the Board of Directors of WIG effective May 24, 2023, having reached the retirement age for Board Directors.
Mr. Shirley also retired from the Nominations, Compensation and Human Resources Committee and the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of WIG.
