Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) – Restatement of Bonds

Wigton Windfarm Limited has advised that it has obtained the necessary approvals from its existing Bondholders to amend and restate Bonds B, C and D.

The restatement of the Bonds will result in savings in the finance expense of the Company over the seven(7)-years lifetime of the Bonds.
