Victoria Mutual Investments Limited (VMIL) has advised that its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018, which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by March 1, 2019 are delayed.
VMIL has further advised that every effort is being made to have the Audited Financial Statements submitted by March 11, 2019. The Company will be advising the shareholders by way of statements on its website.
