tTech Limited (TTECH) has advised that at a meeting of their Board of Directors on May 7, 2019, the following Dividend Policy was approved:
“As soon as reasonably practicable after the issue of the Company’s audited financial statements, the Board shall consider the declaration of a dividend. The current policy is to distribute up to 25% of the profits after tax, subject to the need for reinvestment in the Company from time to time.”
