Tropical Battery Company Limited (TROPICAL) has advised the Jamaica Stock Exchange of the following senior management change, effective 4 October 2021:
• Oliver Hill has been appointed CEO of Tropical Mobility, a new electric mobility solutions subsidiary formed to serve the needs of the emerging electric mobility ecosystem in Jamaica and across the Caribbean. Mr. Hill brings a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions intelligence and as a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he provided support on projects related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, electric mobility, water resource management and citizen security.
