Trinidad Cement Ltd – Notice to Stakeholders

Trinidad Cement Limited (TCL) has advised that on Monday, August 18, 2014, TCL`s Application for an Interlocutory
Injunction to restrain Mr. Kamal Ali from holding and/or otherwise proceeding with the Special (Compulsory) Meeting of
Shareholders, which has been fixed for April 19, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., was dismissed by Madame Justice Kangaloo. TCL has
lodged an Appeal with the Court of Appeal, which will be heard on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, prior to the requisitioned
Special (Compulsory) Meeting.
