Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL) – Dividend

A final dividend of eight cents ($T&T) per ordinary stock unit has been recommended by the Board. Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General meeting on May 14, the dividend will be paid on May 28, 1999 to shareholders on register at the close of business on May 13, 1999.
