Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL)- Director resigns

At the Annual General Meeting of TCL Holdings Ltd. held on July 17, 2002 Mr. Arthur Lok Jack’s appointment as a director of the company was revoked, having regard to the loss of confidence in his ability to carry out his duties as a director of TCL Holdings Ltd. Mr. Lok Jack has tendered his resignation as chairman and director of Caribbean Cement Company Ltd. with effect from July 10, 2002.
Mr. David Dulal-Whiteway, director, who retired by rotation, did not offer himself for re-election.
Mr. Aleem Mohammed, director, who also retired by rotation, was not proposed for re-election.
