TOJ – Final Dividend

At an ordinary meeting of the Board on August 22, it was resolved that a final dividend for the year ending March 31, 1996, of five cents per share making (with the interim dividend of four cents per share already paid) a total dividend for the year of nine cents per share on the ordinary shares of $1.00 each of the company be declared payable on January 13, 1997 to shareholders registered at the close of business on December 13, 1996.
