The Palace Amusement Co. Ltd.(PAL) – AGM and Dividend Payment

It was resolved that the next Annual General Meeting will be held on March 9, 2004 at 1a South Camp Rd, Kingston, at 2 p.m.
Also a Dividend of $0.30 per share was recommended to be paid to shareholders on record as at March 9, 2004. The Payment date is April 5, 2004 and the XD date is March 5, 2003
