The Board of Directors of the Limners and Bards Limited (“The LAB”) wishes to advise that pursuant to Jamaica Stock Exchange (“JSE”) Junior Market Rules Amendment Part 4(1), (a) (ii), the Company has elected to exercise its option to submit its fourth quarter audited financial statements for the year ending October 31, 2021, within sixty (60) days of the end of the quarter, in lieu of unaudited fourth quarter financials.
