The Limners and Bards Limited (LAB) has advised that LAB’s Board of Directors has elected to exercise its option to submit its Fourth (4th) Quarter Financial Statements for the year, within sixty (60) days of the end of the Quarter, in lieu of unaudited fourth Quarter Financials.
LAB further advised that a Notice will be placed in the daily newspapers stating that the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending October 31, 2020, will be available on the Company’s website.
