The Limners and Bards Limited ( LAB) has advised that their Board of Directors, wishes to announce that based on the Statement of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 16, 2020, which states that:
• “Public gatherings (such as funerals and weddings) are limited to no more than 10 persons”.
• “Further, public gatherings and non-essential travel are discouraged”.
The Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for Friday, April 24, 2020 has been postponed and re-scheduled to Thursday, July 23, 2020 at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel commencing at 10:00 a.m.
LAB further states that the Board regrets any inconvenience caused to shareholders by the postponement of this meeting and advise that a notice to the shareholders will be placed in the Jamaica Gleaner on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
