The Limners and Bard Limited (LAB) has advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at The LAB’s Head Office, 69 to 75 Constant Spring Road, Kingston 10. The AGM will be held in a hybrid format in accordance with the Court Order dated May 31, 2021 in Claim No SU 2021 CD 00196.
