The occasion was JSE’s Investments & Capital Markets Conference, January 18 – 20, 2010, Kingston, Jamaica. Both Messrs Polansky and Iton were panelists on day two of the conference in a session that examined the relevance of the Capital Market in a Post-Crisis World. Like other officers of FINRA, Mr. Polansky interacts with the CRO from time to time, and as such, willingly accepted an invitation to be a participant at the conference.
