Fresh from his enthralling presentation at the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s 3rd Regional Conference held earlier this year, Dr. W. Stanley Beecham conducted a riveting workshop on Psychology and Leadership at the Innovation Technology Centre, University of Technology in Kingston.
His main areas of focus were:
1. Martin Luther King’s leadership values;
2. Three things an effective leader must do;
3. The Team Model – developing trust, addressing conflict, aligning the team, creating a culture of accountability and focusing on team results.
Once again Dr. Beecham left his audience wanting more. Participants are asking for Dr. Beecham’s return to the Island to continue his engaging and thought-provoking presentations.
