The Gleaner Company Ltd- Appointment to Audit Committee

The Gleaner Company Ltd has advised that Ms. Elizabeth Jones has been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Christopher Roberts who resigned. Mr. Joseph Matalon has also been appointed as a member of the Committee.
