TDB – New Chairman

At the Board of Directors’ meeting of September 24, 1999, the Chairman Mr. A. Rafael Diaz tendered his resignation as Director and Chairman of TDB effective September 30, 1999.

The Deputy Chairman, Mr. R. Anthony Williams will act as Chairman of the Board pending the appointment of a new Chairman.
