The Board at its meeting on January 31, 1997, declared an interim dividend of ten cents to be paid on each stock unit of the paid up capital of the stock of TDB for the financial year ending September 30,1996.
The dividend will be paid on March 10, 1997 to stockholders on record as at the close of business on February 17, 1997.
