Trinidad Cement Ltd. (TCL)- Change in the Board of Directors

Trinidad Cement Limited has advised of the following changes in the Board of Directors:

1. Leopoldo Navarro resigned with effective date July 31, 2008.

2. Felipe Zambrano was appointed Vice President of Trading Region SAC – Cemex, with effective date July 31, 2008.
