Trinidad Cement Limited has advised that Mr. Wayne Yip Chop has been appointed a Director, to fill a casual vacancy pursuant to Paragraph 4.4.2 of Bye-law No. 1. Mr. Yip Choy’s appointment will take effect from November 29, 2013 and will be valid until the next Annual General Meeting at which he will be eligible by shareholders.
