Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (“SCI”) wishes to advise that there will be a delay in the filing of the financial statements for the quarter ending March 31, 2022. The financial statements will be filed no later than May 31st, 2022.
The delay in the filing of the financial statements is primarily due to the consolidation exercise for the recent acquisition of Acrecent Financial Corporation in Puerto Rico.
