SVL has advised that further to its announcement re the Scheme of Amalgamation, Prime Sports (Jamaica) Limited is the subsidiary company responsible for all gaming operations under the Scheme of Amalgamation. On March 28, 2013, Prime Sports Limited signed the amended conditions attached to the relevant licence with the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission to give effect to the change.
