SVL Directors confirmation and retirement age

Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has advised that at a meeting of the board of directors held on March 20, 2013 the board agreed to adopt a term limit of seven years with respect to Independent Directors. The board also confirmed the age of retirement of directors to be seventy years.
