Suspension and Delisting of Eppley Limited 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Fixed Rate Preference Shares and Eppley Limited 8.75% Cumulative Redeemable Fixed Rate Preference Shares

Eppley Limited has advised that on August 31, 2021, the Company will redeem the 8.25% Cumulative Redeemable Fixed Rate Preference Shares (EPLY8.25) and the 8.75% Cumulative Redeemable Fixed Rate Preference Shares (EPLY8.75), which mature in 2021 and 2023 respectively. As such, EPLY8.25 and EPLY8.75 will be suspended from trading effective Wednesday, August 25, 2021, and both securities will be delisted at the end of trading on August 31, 2021.
