Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) has also advised that the Board of Directors approved the appointment of the following persons as directors of the Company, effective October 23, 2017:

- Mr. Christopher Berry
- Mr. Gary Peart
SVL has further advised of the resignation of Mr. James Morrison, effective October 23, 2017.
SVL also stated as a reminder that their new President and CEO was confirmed as a Director, as of October 1, 2017, in keeping with the Company’s Code of Corporate Governance.
