Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) – Acquisition of Remaining Shares in McKayla Financial Services Limited

Supreme Ventures Limited has advised that its subsidiary Supreme Ventures Fintech Limited (SVFL), the majority shareholder of McKayla Financial Services Limited (MFSL) has signed an agreement for the acquisition of all the remaining shares held in MFSL bringing its total shareholding to 100%.
