Supreme Ventures Internal Reorganization

The Board of Directors of Supreme Ventures Limited has approved an internal scheme of reorganization of some of the companies within the group, with the objective of reducing costs and providing other efficiencies and synergies. As a result of this internal reorganization, Coral Cliff Entertainment Limited,Village Square Entertainment Limited and the Jamaica Lottery Company Limited will cease operations and be wound up. It is anticipated that the cost reductions and other efficiencies and synergies resulting from the internal reorganization will enhance the Group’s overall profitability and will impact favourably on SVL’s capacity to make distributions to its shareholders, thereby enhancing shareholder value and benefiting all shareholders.
